Having routines is a major part of getting you on the right track! Successful habits fuel your mind and body to condition it for what it is you truly want.
Setting up a schedule is one of the very first things you should do when you decide to choose the path of success.
A morning routine is the key to a successful life. There is very little traffic at the top.
Here you have 6 ideas for your morning routine:
My morning routine is 60 minutes long. I love my morning routine because it just works really well to suit me and my personality. You’re should be customizable to your very own personality and what is going to work for you. My routine is as follows
- 10 minutes of listening to an inspirational message.
So before my feet even hit the ground I listen to an inspiring message. I like Terri Savelle Foy, Anthony Robbins, or Oprah Winfrey. So, like YouTube or any podcast that I have on my phone or iPad that will inspire me.
A lot of times I will pick it out right before I go to bed, close out of it, and then as soon as I wake up open it back up.
I feel this is absolutely essential for me to get my mind started of on the right track because in the past, I had a history of severe depression.
- 10 minutes of Meditation.
Meditation has been proven to do so many things.
It has so many benefits for your life and how you react to each and every circumstance.
It supports calmness and creativity. Which I feel is important for writers. It can clear your mind and set you up for success for the day.
If you do not already have a meditation practice in your life, I highly recommend that you do so.
- 10 mins of visualization.
Right after I finished my meditation I go straight into visualization. Visualization sets you up for success because it is extremely important for personal development.
Visualizing your goals as they are already in effect helps to give you the motivation to achieve your goals and get you hungry for achieving them.
Along with focus… Visualization becomes powerful and can help you get what you want in life.
Emotional freedom technique
- 10 mins of Eft tapping.
This technique is extremely beneficial and I use it every morning because I like to create an amazing day.
Emotional freedom technique is a form of psychological acupressure, based on energy meridians that is used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional elements without the invasiveness of needles.
There are several things that you can use tapping for. This technique is typically used to expand and re-organize key emotional responses.
- 10 minutes of yoga.
You will absolutely love yoga! The mind-body practice is frequently used for its ability to reduce stress and boosts well-being.yoga has so many different benefits such as a sense of balance , healthy weight, lowers the risk of heart disease, relief from back pain, and has been shown to help with anxiety.
I have a history of anxiety so this is why I chose yoga.
- 10 minutes of burst training, dancing or some sort of physical activity.
Burst training is a type of exercise that you can do that involves exercising at 90-100% of your maximum heart rate for 30-60 seconds followed by 30 to 60 seconds of lower intensity exercising.
Dancing is beneficial for you in so many different forms if you have a passion for it. It can really burn some calories which can leave you feeling really good and release those good feeling endorphins.
Almost all successful people have a physical exercise routine of some sort.
I have also found that a mini trampoline is really awesome for getting your heart rate going, as well as a good walk on a nice day.
That is the end of my morning routine I do this every morning six days a week. On Sundays, I take a break and just have a day for me and my family.
